Work with the employers every step of the way and have overall responsibility to help design, implement and run first class workplace pension schemes in the most cost effective and efficient way.
Provide personal face to face advice for employees by qualified, competent and experienced professionals, keeping employee communication simple and straightforward, helping employees gain as much as possible from their savings.
Help ensure employers continue to meet their employer duties on an ongoing basis, supporting new processes including record keeping, reporting, payments, joiners/leavers and communication.
Have detailed knowledge and expertise of the automatic enrolment rules and how to set up workplace pension schemes, taking account of bespoke needs such as existing schemes and payroll processing.
